Privacy

When you fill in our feedback survey, we store the details you choose to give us: your name, your email address, and your comments or review. We also keep the answers you give about whether you're still using the app, so we know how the pack is getting on.

Survey responses are stored in our secure, access-controlled database. They are write-only from the app — nothing in the app can read your response back, and no other user can ever see it. Only the Panter team can access submissions, and only to read your feedback and send your thank-you.

Your name and email are used solely to send the thank-you you asked for and, if needed, to follow up on your feedback. We never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties, and we don't use them for marketing you didn't ask for.

Leaving your details is entirely optional — you can submit feedback anonymously. If you'd like your survey response or contact details deleted at any time, just ask and we'll remove them promptly, no questions (or follow-up emails) asked.
